Ballet (6+) is the foundation of all dance styles! Classes will focus on posture, balance, classical technique, movement, and fostering a love and enjoyment for ballet. Students will learn basic technique and positioning and perform to classical music.

Tap (ages 6+) is an energetic dance style that combines dance and percussion-it's like drumming with your feet! Classes will follow the ADAPT Syllabus Training Program and will focus on technique, rhythm, and performance skills.

Jazz (ages 6+) is a fast paced class that focuses on ADAPT jazz technique and stylized choreography. This class is fun and energetic and guaranteed to keep you moving includes barre, across floor technique and routine building.

Hip Hop (6+) ​is a high energy class that involves many different hip hop styles including breaking, locking, and body popping to stylized rhythmic music. Students will be given the opportunity to explore their own personal hip hop dance style through improvisation and interpretation.

Musical Theatre (ages 6+) is a combination of dancing, acting, and singing to Broadway, movie, and popular songs. Students will develop movement, vocal, and acting skills. Jazz, ballet, and hip hop moves will be explored. There are two options for this class-weekly and once a month.

Highland Dance (Ages 5+)

Students will learn traditional highland dances, and will perform routines at both our Christmas and Year End Recitals

AcroDance (ages 6+) is a combination of dance skills and acrobatics. Dancers will train their flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling skills throughout the year. This class will have 1 performance at the year end recital.
